  For the two items they hadn't had, they brought the WRONG amount of a cash refund for my online card payment. This sounds nothing, right?
  They had SUBSTITUTED another order item with something else WITHOUT letting me know. They did promise to collect the non-perishable item & to give me a further refund the next day, so I asked them to give me a ring before they do.
  During this conversation, they made a strange remark that my place was TOO FAR away from them (for a distance of less than 4km/2.48ml).
  On the "next" day, I received NO call. On my calling them, not only did they made NO APOLOGY for making me wait for a long time, NOR for making mistakes the day before, but they also complained that I should have called them.
  Moreover, they REFUSED to confirm a couple of details (necessary to arrange the refund, such as the refund amount and my contact), and aggressively argued with me that they didn't need to confirm details, and they further complained that their having to endlessly argue about this was my fault.
  NO MATTER how insignificant the initial mistakes were, OR, whether or not they eventually gave the money back, NO CUSTOMER SHOULD have been treated like this. I found them INCREDIBLY RUDE and ARROGANT.
  So, I cannot comment on the quality of their customer service where there exists none.
  And the quality of their food? Not as good as worth enduring these horrifying attitudes.

  Misu soup was as the owner described it! Full of flavor, loads of seaweed, plenty of tofu. Delivered with a big smile! We had an intelligent conversation with the owner about the origins of Cantonese Chinese. Which is the Classical Chinese, and its younger brother Mandarin which was designed a simplified version of the original language to unite different dialects of Chinese under one roof. A bowl of miso and an exploratory study of the origins of Mandarin, all in one till receipt!!! Lovely!!!
