  We took the bus from London to Bath and return.
  Terrible journey going to Bath and Internet wasn't working.
  I called the the customer service and I stayed like 30 ridiculous mins on the line and at the end they told me to speak with the driver LOL.
  The return was even worse. Bus 3 hours late, the temperature was unbelievably hot (on the 20 October)and the nobody could stop that BUT likely I still had the swimming costume with me from Bath so I enjoyed my free sauna without being charged.
  The driver was obviously mad, don't need to explain the marvellous adventures we had.
  Si fi wasn't working and she said that the bus doesn't have wi fi... what???
  Would you complain to a driver that shouts to everyone?
  She did not even know what to do there is no reason to explain all the hilarious stories, you will find anything on my book "The neverending story on the National express bus"
  Anyway likely I did puke before stopping at home so I didn't need to clean my toilet
